The terms and conditions for using the services displayed below (call is "Terms and Conditions", or "Terms of Use" ) outline the terms and conditions between the Publisher and users of the services provided by the Publisher.

By participating in the game, players acknowledge that they have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to comply with the following terms:

1. Definitions in the Agreement

Publisher, also referred to as "We" or "Shinobi Clash: Legend Returns" is the entity providing the game software services on the Publisher’s system through Website, Google Play, and Apple Store.
User refers to those who use online game services in the gaming world, referred to as “You,” "Player," or "Customer."
"Game" or "product" refers to electronic games that can be provided online or offline. These games can be offered by Shinobi Clash: Legend Returns or by partners through Shinobi Clash: Legend Returns’s distribution channels.
"Service" refers to electronic game services and related services through which users can access, download, and use the product as desired. Services related to games include payment support and more.
"Website" refers to the electronic information site with addresses starting with https:// or http://, and other functional pages used by the Publisher to maintain, provide, and operate services for players.
"Account" or “Shinobi Clash: Legend Returns ID” refers to a set of character strings or any other identifiers used to identify a unique user.

2. Terms for Players:

Legal Eligibility:

All individuals at 18 years old and above are eligible to participate in the games, products, and services provided by the Publisher.
During the course of the game, there may be language or situations that are not suitable for younger audiences. We do not guarantee that other players will not provide content that may be deemed inappropriate for those age groups.

3. Account Registration Regulations:

When registering an account, you must provide complete and accurate information regarding your name, address, phone number, and email. These are mandatory requirements, and we will rely on this information in the event of risks or losses, or to award prizes if you are fortunate enough to win rewards from the products and services provided by the Publisher. Incomplete or false information will not be considered.

Registration and account creation can, at various times, be done using social media accounts or linked accounts such as Facebook or Google. However, please note that if you lose access to, have your account revoked, or encounter any login issues with the social media or linked account used to create the account, you will not be able to log into your account. In such cases, you need to contact the social media or linked account providers for support.

By using social media or linked accounts for registration and account creation, you agree to grant the Publisher the right to use the information from the Linked Account to create an account. However, using a Linked Account for registration and account creation does not exempt you from the obligation to provide the required information as stated above.

3.1 Naming Regulations (Account Name, Character Name, Clan Name, etc.)

Depending on the service, a single account may create one or multiple characters to play in the game. When creating characters, players must adhere to the naming principles published on the game's website.
Names and symbols related to or reminiscent of historical figures, national heroes, current or former leaders of the Party and State, are prohibited.
Names and symbols with content that is reactionary, anti-religious, pornographic, violent, or contrary to Vietnamese customs, traditions, and culture are prohibited.
Names and symbols with content that insults or provokes others in any form are prohibited.
Names and symbols with content that disrupts or discredits the services provided by us or the members of the Publisher are prohibited.
Additionally, naming must comply with the oversight of filters containing thousands of words and the Game Master team of each service.

3.2 Password

You must keep your password absolutely secure and do not share it with anyone. In all cases of password theft or loss, we are not responsible for recovery unless the account information provided during registration is completely accurate.
Password rules: Passwords must be at least 8 characters, including letters, numbers, or special characters.
Do not use the following passwords: "123456", "1234567", "12345678", "123456789", "1234567890", "654321", "7654321", "87654321", "987654321", "0987654321", "abcdef", "qwerty", "abc123", "abc123456", "abcd123", "abcd1234", "password", "matkhau".

4. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Intruding, accessing, or use any part of the game server, and/or any other data areas.
Unauthorized use of another player's account or password.
Buying, selling, or exchanging virtual currency, virtual items, game points, or game accounts between players for money or goods.
Speculating or profiteering from virtual currency, virtual items in the game, or using virtual units or virtual items created contrary to the Game Regulations. Cheating or non-compliance with the Game Regulations to gain illicit benefits.
Using any programs, tools, or other forms to interfere with the game or alter normal gameplay results (hack, cheat, bots, etc.). Exploiting game system errors (if any) to sabotage or profit.
Impersonating other members, Admins, Game Masters (GM), or Publisher staff for profiteering. Please note that in any case, GMs or Admins will never ask you to provide your password or other personal security information.
Uploading or transmitting any illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, insulting, obscene, pornographic, offensive, threatening, abusive, hateful, inciting, or otherwise objectionable content of any kind, including disseminating or encouraging actions that may constitute a crime or violate any terms of local, national, or international law.
Sending or transmitting any form of advertising, invitation, chain letters, investment opportunities, or any commercial communications, unless with written permission from the Publisher.
Sending or transmitting any information or software that contains any virus or harmful components.
Uploading, publishing, transmitting, reproducing, or distributing in any form any content protected by copyright laws and intellectual property laws of the game; or creating variants of such content without written consent from the owner or copyright holder.
You are not entitled to use the information in the game for any purpose or in any form, except for the terms established in these Terms of Use.
Upon discovering any game errors, promptly notify us through the support channels we provide, which are available throughout the game's operational period.

5. Policy on the Use and Protection of Data for Facebook Accounts:

Facebook creates technologies and services to help people connect, build communities, and develop businesses. Utilize these amazing features of Facebook to connect easily. These Terms govern your use of Facebook:

You do not pay any fees to use Facebook or other products and services governed by these Terms.
We collect and use your account ID to identify your login.
We only obtain the necessary information to log into your account and do not use it for other purposes such as selling it to advertisers, nor do we share personally identifiable information.
We only use primary information to create the login experience using a Facebook account.
How to manage or delete your information when using Facebook login on our site?

Steps to follow:

Enter the Apps and Websites feature
Select the app you want to remove and click on the Remove button
Click on the link to View Removed Apps and Websites. In the pop-up window, click the "View" button next to the app you removed in step 2.
In the window that appears, click "Send Request" to start the process of deleting your Facebook account data. A 6-character code will be sent to you.
Then, click on the View Status link. You will be taken to the Facebook Account Data Deletion interface of Shinobi Clash: Legend Returns. Enter the code you received in step 4 and click Delete Data. All login data related to your Facebook account on our system will be completely deleted. (See the image)

6. Disciplinary Measures:

For violations of the Rules, the Publisher has the right to proactively and/or through the system and game features handle violations. Depending on the severity and impact, violations can be handled in one or several of the following ways:

Reminder: : Applied for first-time violations that have minimal impact on the game and/or other players.
Warning: Applied for violations that have been reminded but not rectified and/or repeated.
Deduction and/or deletion of virtual units, virtual items in the game: Applied for violations that have been handled by the two aforementioned measures but have not been rectified and/or repeated.
Temporary account suspension (specific duration depending on the behaviour and extent of the violation): Applied for violations that have been handled by the above measures but have not been rectified and/or repeated.
Permanent account suspension: Applied for violations that have been handled by temporary account suspension but have not been rectified and/or repeated.
Referral to competent State authorities for handling violations or criminal prosecution: Applied to all violations with criminal indications.

Even with the specific regulations above, in some special cases, Publisher has the right to apply additional or simultaneous disciplinary measures to deter and/or ensure a healthy and fair gaming environment. Players may be required to provide explanations, commitment documents, evidence of rectification, etc., related to these violations.

If Publisher discovers or receives complaints about player violations of the above Rules, depending on the nature and extent of the violation, we have the full right to handle them according to the Rules. We also have the right (but not the obligation) to publish the names of violating player accounts, the form of disciplinary action on the game's Homepage, notify within the game to other players, and/or other channels accessible by the Publisher, informing other players of the game

7. General Agreements

7.1 Changes to Game Content, Products, and Services:

We may, at our sole discretion and at any time, add, modify, or remove any information as well as change the presentation, components, or functionality of the system without prior notice. If you do not agree with these changes, you may discontinue using the service. Continuing to use the service signifies your acceptance of these changes.

7.2 Changes to Regulations:

We reserve the right to suspend the service for a specified period for repairs or maintenance and will notify players in advance via the official website or Fanpage of the game. We do not guarantee that you will be able to connect to our service at any time. You acknowledge that our service may be interrupted for reasons beyond our control such as power outages, natural disasters, fires, etc. We are not liable for service interruptions, delays, or the inability to provide the service for the aforementioned reasons.

7.3 Service Interruption:

You acknowledge that our service may be interrupted for reasons beyond our control such as power outages, natural disasters, fires, etc. We are not liable for service interruptions, delays, or the inability to provide the service for the aforementioned reasons.

7.4 Access Prohibition:

We reserve the right, at any time, to prohibit or deny your access to the game or any part of the system immediately and without prior notice if we believe that you have violated any terms in these regulations or if such prohibition or denial is appropriate and necessary. In serious cases, we may cooperate with authorities to pursue criminal charges against violators.

7.5 User Support Regulations:

If you encounter any issues or need assistance from a GM while participating in the game, please notify the GM or the support hotline within 7 days of encountering the error or issue.
If you do not notify us within 7 days, or if you notify us late, we reserve the right not to support that case.
Upon receiving a notification of an error or issue, the latest support response time for you will be within 12 hours on regular days and 24 hours on weekends and holidays.

7.6 Compensation Regulations:

You agree to defend, and hold harmless Publisher, its directors, employees, shareholders, agents, customers, and partners from any loss, claims, expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) demanded by any third party arising in connection with your use of the service, your violation of any terms in this agreement, or any rights of other users.

7.7 Termination of Service:

You can stop using your account at any time without prior notice and without any liability. Publisher has the right to suspend your account for investigation or cancel it to address violations. If the service is terminated, you must accept the following terms: Publisher has the right to suspend your account immediately and will provide prior notice if you violate any terms in this Agreement or the game regulations.

7.8 Third-Party Information:

Information provided within the game system may contain third-party information or be selected from other sources. Such information should not be considered as recommendations or endorsements by the game for any person, product, or service.

Publisher does not independently verify third-party information and is not responsible if the information is outdated; accordingly, we do not assume any responsibility for such information. You use or rely on such information at your own understanding, responsibility, and risk.

7.9 Links to and from the Game System:

Links from the game system may lead you to other websites. You acknowledge and agree that Publisher is not responsible for the accuracy or value of any information provided by linked websites.

Links to other websites do not constitute an endorsement by Publisher of the information, products, advertisements, or other materials on those websites.

7.10 Intellectual Property Rights:

All intellectual property rights existing in the game system belong to Publisher or are legally licensed for use by Publisher within this system. Accordingly, all legal rights are ensured. Unless you have obtained written consent from Publisher, you are not allowed to upload, send, publish, reproduce, transmit, or distribute in any form any part of the online game system or create modifications of the content provided in the online game.

You agree to let us freely use, disclose, apply, and modify any ideas, concepts, methods, proposals, suggestions, comments, or other communications and information you provide to us (“Feedback”) related to the game and/or game services entirely free of charge. You waive and agree to waive any rights and claims for any rewards, fees, royalties, charges, and/or other types of payment related to our use, disclosure, application, and/or modification of any part or all of your feedback.

7.11 User Information:

For certain services, the game system may require users to register. We may use this information to send you notifications about products and services or promotional programs via email or postal mail (e.g., notifications of service changes in the system, announcements of promotional programs, or other humanitarian and social actions). We may also use this information to conduct investigations related to violations of the Regulations outlined above. We maintain a "NO SPAM" policy and do not share, sell, or leak your email to third parties without your consent.

Publisher will only disclose personal information and/or user IP addresses when required by Vietnamese law and for necessary actions such as:

Cooperating with investigation authorities to identify illegal activities related to information dissemination and cyber security.
Protecting rights and property related to the game system and its players. Identifying individuals who intentionally violate information and cyber security laws.
Satisfying requests from the users themselves.

We are only responsible for information while it is kept confidential by Publisher. Once information has been transferred to a third party according to the agreements in this Regulation, the confidentiality of the information is beyond our control and is entirely not the responsibility of Publisher

7.12 Limitation of Liability and guarantee:

You act and trust entirely on your skills and judgment in using and understanding the information within the game system. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the information complies with all applicable legal requirements.

The limitation of legal liability in these regulations will apply to the fullest extent permitted by current law.

7.13 Applicable Law:

The above regulations are enforced according to the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. By using the game services, you automatically accept the terms in these regulations. We operate fully within the legal framework of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and commit to complying with its laws. The terms are in accordance with current laws and ensure the highest rights for users of the Publisher's services.

8. Game Currency

Game currency will be provided to players by means designated by Shinobi Clash: Legend Returns, including purchases, special services, promotions, discounts, and other services. Details related to the methods, units, payment terms, and all other conditions related to game currency will be determined by Shinobi Clash: Legend Returns and appropriately displayed according to each service.

Game currency cannot be exchanged or used for any purpose other than for Services as specified by Shinobi Clash: Legend Returns. The amount of Game Currency required to receive Services will be determined by Shinobi Clash: Legend Returns and displayed appropriately along with the Services.

Once Game Currency has been used by the player, it cannot be refunded for any reason. However, if required by applicable law or in special cases, Publisher may decide otherwise. If this occurs, Publisher will process the Game Currency refund according to relevant legal regulations, and such information will be made available on the official website, etc.

The Game Currency of each account can only be used for that account and cannot be assigned or transferred to another account. Furthermore, Game Currency cannot be combined or transferred between devices running different operating systems, even though they may be categorized under the same name.

Shinobi Clash: Legend Returns only accepts payment through Shinobi Clash: Legend Returns’s payment channels or payment channels provided by Shinobi Clash: Legend Returns’s partners, which are introduced and announced in the game and on the game's Homepage. If other payment channels are used, Shinobi Clash: Legend Returns will not be responsible. However, if, after a successful payment, Shinobi Clash: Legend Returns has credited the corresponding exchange units to your game account but is subsequently required to refund the payment (due to a request or complaint from the cardholder), Shinobi Clash: Legend Returns must comply with this refund request according to related regulations. Shinobi Clash: Legend Returns will deduct the corresponding amount from your account and any benefits you received from that payment. If the deduction is insufficient (because you have already used it), Shinobi Clash: Legend Returns has the right to deduct from subsequent transactions, reclaim virtual items obtained through the exchange units, or require you to pay the full amount equivalent to the virtual items exchanged. Additionally, depending on the severity of the violation, you and all accounts involved in transactions related to this refund request may be temporarily or permanently banned.
