STEP 1: Go to Settings -> Security and Privacy -> More Security Settings -> Install Unknown Apps -> Turn on "My File"
Tip: You can access the Install Unknown Apps setting by using the search tool in Settings > Enter "Unknown Apps" for a quick search.
STEP 2: Download the APK file HERE
STEP 3: Go to Your Files > Tap the APK File you just downloaded and proceed with the installation.
